How Odyssey Checkins handles team check-in information.
Information we process
Odyssey Checkins processes team members’ names and phone numbers, progress updates and blockers, submitted photos and documents, timestamps, message delivery records, and opt-out records.
Why we use it
We use this information only to send check-in reminders, collect team updates, and file those updates and submitted files. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or use it to train models.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Where it is stored and who handles it
Original message text and submitted files are stored on the application’s VPS and in the selected Google Drive folder. Access to Drive copies follows that folder’s existing sharing settings.
Telnyx delivers SMS/MMS messages. Cloudflare handles web and upload transport. Google Drive stores the filed check-ins and submitted files.
Google Drive access
Odyssey Checkins requests the drive.file permission for the selected folder and files created by the app. It does not request access to your whole Drive.
You can revoke the Google connection in your Google Account. Revoking access affects future filing; it does not delete existing records.
Private upload links
Document upload links are private, expire after 12 hours, and allow one file upload. Treat the link as private and do not forward it.
Retention and your requests
There is currently no automatic deletion schedule. Contact Cody at cody@odysseyaugmented.com to request access, correction, or deletion.
Reply STOP to stop check-in reminders. STOP does not delete earlier check-ins, files, or delivery records.
Google API data
Odyssey Checkins’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
