Odyssey Augmented check-ins: internal team updates by SMS/MMS.
The program
Odyssey Augmented check-ins sends internal team reminders asking for yesterday's progress and upcoming concerns or blockers. You can reply with text and photos, or text FILE for a private document-upload link. Audio submissions are not supported.
Enrollment
Cody invites teammates individually. Enrollment requires your affirmative written agreement before your number is added. There is no public registration, and your agreement covers this check-in program rather than marketing messages.
After written enrollment and carrier approval, Cody sends one welcome confirmation manually before reminders begin.
Timing and charges
Expect one scheduled reminder Monday through Friday at 9:00 a.m. in your agreed local time zone, with up to five scheduled reminders per week. You may also receive a welcome confirmation, requested upload links, and help or subscription-status replies. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop, restart, or get help
Text STOP to stop reminders. If you previously enrolled and want to resume after stopping, text START to the same number. START does not enroll a new teammate whose written agreement has not been recorded. Text HELP for assistance, or contact cody@odysseyaugmented.com.
Files and privacy
Document-upload links are private, expire after 12 hours, and accept one file. Do not forward your link.
Stopping messages does not delete earlier check-ins, files, or delivery records. Contact Cody about access, correction, or deletion. The existing privacy notice describes storage, sharing, and retention.
